The room was well sized and with very comfy beds. The staff were fast and very polite all the time, both at the reception desk and the restaurant;)))

Gorgeous and fairly clean hotel with super friendly and really friendly staff from Check in to Check Out. Value for money. Generous sized room, a rainfall shower and a shower in the room. Very modern interior design, good beds. Perfect sea views, great and lovely location close to pubs and bars.

The location was unbeatable and brilliant, for example, a Beatles museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Got lovely and beautiful room with exceptionally good views and an ironing set, an electronic key card and a TV.

Would recommend for a city holiday

Modern hotel, friendly staff, with a delicious breakfast that had everything you could possibly want. It's just a two-minute walk to beautiful Albert Docks which offers lovely walks along the river and great restaurants.

Don't have any issues at all.

Appetising food for all meals.

I really appreciated the quick access to the Beatles Story, just a short walk away, and the fine views from my room made the experience more fun, allowing me to fully soak in Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere while strolling along the waterfront.

The superior twin room had a great view of the arena and the river. It was super clean with a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and quality toiletries. The fitness center had everything needed for a good workout. Staff were attentive.

The stunning view from our room overlooking the river was a highlight, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

I loved the lovely views from the floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoyed the great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices that set me up for a day of discovery in the city, with quick walks to attractions like The Beatles Story and the Merseyside Maritime Museum just a short stroll away.

This was my honeymoon trip, and the stay far exceeded my previous experiences in liverpool. The spacious beautiful king room had fine views of the river mersey, and staff were friendly. The breakfast was a highlight, with an extensive buffet that included fresh pastries and a variety of juices.

The Superior King Room was really nice! The huge bed was super comfy, and I loved the big windows with a fine river view. The room was clean and modern with a lovely bathroom that had great toiletries. Only downside was the lack of drawer space for clothes, a bit annoying.
